Yale SOM and Notre Dame actually put an emphasis on it. Any MBA is going to be well regarded.
And honestly, consider how much you want to emphasize it during application. Remember average starting salary is a big factor in school rankings. You want to have a clear story, and it might help to say it's your long-term goal.
While EY1 is right that an MBA is not required, and experience is great, commercial experience and an MBA create an uncommon resume for nonprofits. And depending where you're going (e.g., Bridgespan), they could be table stakes.
Not sure an MBA is needed anymore. I would seek out advice from the various people who work in corporate responsibilities departments either via a LinkedIn search or a general search and chat with them to see if this specific degree is needed or something else. Experience in this area may be considered a he k of a lot more then an MBA.
