I would also have to say that education does not matter anymore. Because I am a pharmacy technician licensed and I still can not get hired. So in today society. It seem to be all about the amount of the all mighty dollar and what ur boss cause get away with and not have to pay u what they should

I think this is true across many industries: education doesn't matter as much as it used to. They used to paywall all of the world's knowledge behind a degree, but now you can learn anything online. I've learned more from YouTube than I ever learned in a college class.

Some companies still use a degree as a screening tool, but that is more of a corporate habit than a smart hiring practice. If you can show a track record of making money for your employer, most managers won't care what your education looks like.

Has anyone quit their job because of a relationship? I started my job 3 months ago and now my employer wants me to move to NY. The thing is, I fell in love during the pandemic with a friend that I have known for 3 years. It's frustrating since I know I could continue my job from home.
