How much gap is there between 2 round of interviews in tiger analytics ?

I have been offered From Persistent system with 90% hike and some joining bonus.
I am still awaiting offer from Capgemini as I have cleared interviews and completed documentation there too.
My question is should wait for Capgemini's offer? As they haven't been responsive to any of my mode of communication.
While as Persistent has been responsive and offered a good deal..let me know ur thoughts

Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen those emails but this one hurt more than the others. I sat in my car and just cried. Hiding from my family, so they wouldn’t feel bad with me. Picked myself up, gave a few encouraging words to myself in the mirror and put my fake face on for my family. Can anyone else relate ?

It has been 3 months since I joined...still not allocated to any project.....
I am little worried about the recession news coming......

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

How is WLB in Tiger Analytics?
Do they allow project movement , If we don't like the kind of work we get in project?
