For reference, I want to work out 3-4 times a week and want a program that balances all body parts. I'm tired of searching videos on youtube and apps.

If I leave big law for ADA will I get canceled?

When lateraling to another defense firm, is it necessary to show billable hours at current firm?

I have two offers, one from Am Law 100 firm and one from Am Law 200 firm. Am Law 200 firm is offering 40K more (otherwise the firms have same hours target and, based on discussions, similar culture). I’m trying to decide between the two based on long term career prospects, both offer opportunity for NEP (not sure how realistic it is at either). Also not sure of overall earning potential down the road. Is the 40K now worth it or am I likely to make that up at the Am Law 100 firm in the future?

For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job.
