Nike training club! It's free and has great workout. They have programs from like 4 weeks to 12 I think
I like obe fitness!
I rly like SWEAT- Kayla Itsines app. I used to use it for a couple years. Lots of options and not easy to get bored.
Peloton is also a great app with tons of variety. Highly recommend and this is what I use currently!

Caroline Girvan posts daily workouts on YT and she’ll kick your ass in the best way possible. Plenty of isolation workouts, HIIT, and full body.
SWEAT - specifically the PWR program by Kelsey Wells. I also recommend Alo Moves for more variety in options

I would do Wendler’s 5/3/1 [Boring But Big if you want to be specific]. It’s designed to be every other day.
