What are your favorite online strength training program sites/apps?
For reference, I want to work out 3-4 times a week and want a program that balances all body parts. I'm tired of searching videos on youtube and apps.

Nike training club! It's free and has great workout. They have programs from like 4 weeks to 12 I think

I rly like SWEAT- Kayla Itsines app. I used to use it for a couple years. Lots of options and not easy to get bored.

Peloton is also a great app with tons of variety. Highly recommend and this is what I use currently!

Caroline Girvan posts daily workouts on YT and she’ll kick your ass in the best way possible. Plenty of isolation workouts, HIIT, and full body.

what sort of weights do you have access to ? what style lifts ? at home or at a gym ?

I would do Wendler’s 5/3/1 [Boring But Big if you want to be specific]. It’s designed to be every other day.

Like the name says - simple but works.

Just applied for my dream job at Virta. Anybody that works there and wants to personally talk to me email me etc…happy to do so as I am really excited that they opened up a remote position.

I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

Don’t know if this is the right place to post this, but felt the need to say: life is so fleeting. We spend so much time focusing on the day to day and hour to hour that we forget that it could all be over for us in a second.
I’ve lost 3 of my coworkers in the past 2 weeks. I’ve never seen any of them in person but I feel a hole in my heart as if I lost three close family members. Hug your loved ones tight and tell your coworkers who made an impact on you that they matter.

I’m traveling again for work and while it took me a while to get back into it, I’m almost as efficient as I was pre-Covid. My issue is that when I get home, I am exhausted. It feels like it takes me a day to recover from any travel that is more than an overnight trip. I know travel disrupts sleep and I eat heavier food when I’m on the road, so I’m watching that, but any other tips to not come home feeling like a shell? Or how to bounce back faster?

I really need some help. I’ve been obsessively over eating. And it’s not that it’s not mindful eating or out of boredom but I actually feel so hungry! It’s been happening the past few months and I’ve gained weight.. about 20-30lbs. I still workout btw. I need something to decrease my appetite and reduce my hunger. Any suggestions? So, I started watching what I'm eating for the past 10 days at this point. Had one cheat day, which wasn't too bad either.
Also beginning to workout a little more consistently and today I weighed myself and I'm like less than a pound less than where I began.
I thought the first few pounds drop off easily in the beginning?!?
For context - I'm 130lbs. Have always been small but last year went up like 10-12 lbs.
Just wondering if I have wrong expectations?
