My Obgyn is offering weekly classes that range from “childbirth” to “infant cpr” and mom/dad “meet and greets”. Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? The recommended curriculum is about 20-30 hours in total over 2-3 months which is a time commitment. Thank you!

I have a BB offer with a 60% TC bump, but it's an analyst title whereas rn I'm a manager at another bank, and I have 6+ years of experience. I'm not usually one to get up in arms about titles, but this isn't an entry role, it's big step up in responsibility and requires going across the org to get senior buy-in, so it may be more difficult to get taken seriously as an analyst, and according to Glassdoor I'll make 60K more than other BAs. Is it worth requesting a more senior title in negotiation?
