Hey guys, I’m a freelance broadcast producer and I’ve spent most of my career working for larger agencies. I’m doing something for a smaller agency and they want the production company to hide costs in their bid and then have production bill the client the inflated amount directly and pay the hidden costs to the agency. The agency is calling it a “consultation fee” but client just thinks production costs more. Is that common and I just haven’t experienced it before? Or is this a big red flag?

Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?
