Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I like working, actually. Even if I had "enough" (I don't), I'd still want to work. But I'd probably change what I do. Work with animals instead of numbers.
I've actually asked Chat GPT to help me figure out an amount because it's hard to calculate with paying off student loans and accounting for inflation, etc. Says my fam needs 3.5M to be able to retire comfortably in 30 years. It will definitely be tough but I'm hoping we can make that work with a diverse investment portfolio
7 mil to stop completely (kids and my wife and I’s hobbies aren’t cheap), but would take much less than that to drastically change what I do for work.
Around $5 million. At that point, I'd be able to coast off investments and interest. Got a lot of work to do to hit it.
In this economy? No way a million or even two million would be enough. I would say at least 5 to 7 million
