How much time did it take you to study for the PMP exam from scratch? 35 hrs? 50 hrs? 100 hrs? I was just approved for the exam. I’m more junior than some PMs. I just got Andrew Ramdayal’s course on Udemy.

I used Cheetah. One week crash course. Start Monday and pass Friday. They have a guarantee.

I used Cheetah also. Regardless of which company, a prep course is the way to go. My previous company paid for mine but I would have paid if they didn’t. So many people drag out those self-paced programs for years. They either never end up taking the test or they don’t pass on their first try.

I took a PMP prep class M-Th, and took the exam Friday morning. Probably spent about 50 hours total study time (class time + homework). Experienced PM.

I did a similar thing. Took a bootcamp M-Th and the test on SAT. But Thursday and Friday I did a total of 4 practice exams to get some reps in. Passed first try above target. GL!

took the prep course for 5 days, chilled about 2 weeks, then studied about 4 weeks with increasing intensity. had work / family travels which killed the energy early, but all in all, would recommend spending at least a week just doing practice rounds online and on youtube to familiarize yourself with the test language.

Ya I also feel very junior compared to the people I took the class with 😅😅 definitely feeling nervous as I don’t feel too confident in the material. Need to start re-reviewing asap

What’re the various agencies/components’ return to office dates (if announced)? And what’re the remote work policies after that date? I hear DOJ said their individual components will decide when exactly to return between mid-March and early May and some are offering a lot of remote flexibility even after then. Curious to hear more details though, both for specific DOJ components and other agencies!
