Have offers for KPMG AAS and EY FAAS. Which has a stronger practice and which would you choose? The people I interviewed with were all cool so can’t really narrow it down to who I fit in with the most.

On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting.
