Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I first started when I knew that I wasn’t going to be able to progress in my current position. I’ve been looking for around 6 months properly now, before that I was looking casually to see what’s about.
I applied to a couple but didn’t have any luck, I’ve now lost said job and so I’m looking most days!
I'm always looking for another opportunity. You never know when the next best thing might come around.

That's true and smart! Think I need to start doing this more especially once I get settled in at a role. It's probably also easier to network with people when you're still working in a role and casually looking rather than when you're desperately looking for a new role
Current US job market and cost of living are forcing both employers and employees to move differently. I keep a pulse on supply & demand of designers, the skills listed, and the salary ranges to gauge what my team needs to stay competitive by assessing the job boards regularly.

Yea that's really smart. Understanding what's available on the market and what's being offered will help a lot in determining what your next moves should be
I’ve been casually looking for over a year, but over the last six months I have taken my search more seriously and looking most days. Most jobs are remote and that’s not something I’m looking for. I’ve even sent out a few speculative applications to local companies that I may be a good fit for. I feel isolated in remote work which has led me to take my search more seriously.
As I graduated during the pandemic it’s all I know and it’s very isolating. I’d like either hybrid or in office. The job search isn’t doing the best to be honest
