I’m a cloud security engineer making 75K. Got an offer working remote making 225K. I just finished my PHD in IT & D won’t give me more money bc of performance . Should I exit? Btw I’m on the bench.

For folks with a professional engineering license, the required “4 years of work experience” can any of it be covered by graduate school work ? I.e. folks with a PHD can use that graduate school...

Alright I pulled the trigger and sought help but the only person I can see on Fridays is a licensed counselor vs a PHD (per the scheduler). Does that make a big difference? Assuming each are a “fit"
