I had 7 years of experience and was earning 8 LPA(fixed)
In HR discussion, I asked for 13 LPA, HR told that she can give max 11.5, I said try to make it at least 12 LPA. She said that she will try.
HR then called back after few weeks(after several follow ups) and offered 10.5 LPA as fixed. I had no options so accepted it.
Share if you had similar experience with any other company or PwC.

I need an opinion, which field is better in terms of compensation and work/ life balance , a sales producer or adjuster ??

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

I’ve worked at the same firm for almost 5 years. I’ve received an end of year bonus of varying sizes- my first year, my paycheck was doubled. The last 3 years, I’ve received 25k-30k bonuses. This year I received a bonus in April (20k) and one in July (15k) but I still expected an end of year bonus. I didn’t get it even though this has been my most profitable year yet. I had HR round discussion on last Saturday with Mphasis, they told me that they will release offer letter on Monday or Tuesday but today is Friday I didn't receive offer letter yet, only received selection mail from talent team on Wednesday.
My joining date in other organization is 13-sept.

Should I wait for offer letter or start joining formalities with other organization?
