How soon you get laptop as part of virtual onboarding process for laterals these days. Also what all things they provide in welcome kit. Don't think productivity allowance will be applicable for new joiners now ( i.e. Allowence for buying laptop stand, office chair etc) Any recent joinee please share your experiences. Thank you!
