Cutshort and Angle.co are nice in its own merits. I personally prefer LinkedIn. The best thing about startups is the exposure and opportunities that wouldn't be available to us in a larger organization.

Working in a startups are also hard and requires alot of dedication. I recommend looking for startups that received funding in the past few years, these are available as a list in multiple website. Shortlist the onces that are in the industry or tech stack of your preference and start networking on LinkedIn.

Startups are small organization, it wouldn't just be HRs who are looking out for candidates. Filter LinkedIn search to see people with "hiring" mentioned in their title/name. Reach out to engineering or people in similar roles at said organizations.

Startups look for passion, show interest in what they build and a wide array of opportunities starts opening up.

A little background
Have 1 year of experience
Earn 9 LPA
Have no liabilities
My monthly expense is just 5-6k

I mean I do not care much about money, I am pretty satisfied with the things I can do and things I can buy.

But the thing is our minds work with numbers. I see SDE roles at MAANG or other companies offer higher packages. I feel like I should aim for more in life if people can get paid more at this experience or age.

I need other people's opinions on this.

I have recently joined an organization as a backend developer but after joining they are putting me in a fullstack role because I had some experience with React.
I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).
