Hi fishes, Need help!!!!! Is gratuity deduction mandatory in Infosys from salary, if yes if leave the organisation after 1 year, are we eligible to receive the paid amount? It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Unfortunately you're interviewing in India and your salary discussion will most likely happen with an Indian HR. They're not trained to discuss salary, they're trained to do negotiation like a street vendor. Your current salary will always determine your next salary in 99% cases, the salary range for the job title will not matter.
In your case, from 9.5lpa, you can aim for 16-17 but they'll not offer that unless you made a very good impression during the interview. Also if someone offers you 12 and other offers you 14, then check how much you'll get in hand per month as you'll have to account for taxes as well in the 14 lpa offer. Always state your expected ctc calmly as confidently and you'll get there.

no one is giving more than 30% currently only option is counter offer and you can’t negotiate without disclosing your cctc thats the fact so just take the offer and look out for other options

In initial days I was working as MERN Stack, but with time I only get opportunity to work on Frontend side mostly.
So, I am more focused on Frontend Side, but having knowledge of MERN Stack.
