Really struggling at work:
I’m in that awkward stage between a PM and Senior PM and the expectation from me is to be proactive, strategic and work independently. However I’ve struggled massively due to lack of experience, sometimes knowledge and not having the ability to see the bigger picture so I don’t know what else is required or needed to move the needle.
Currently, there is nothing strategic for me to work on as i don’t have the trust from my manager to own anything

Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?

I had an interview yesterday for an AM position for a start up. The salary is 30k more than what I’m making now and it seems like the culture is much better than my current company. I prepped for days… I bombed it. The interviewer repeated two questions because I wasn’t answering them in a way they wanted. Can I just say that was a humbling experience🙃
