How's our MAIP fam holding up?

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

If we take the GMAT online, does it actually take a full 7 days to get the results? Or do you have unofficial results immediately after?

Do we know if our comp statements come out with the US firm on 3rd June?

What do you guys do for winter footwear? Is there a certain brand or style you wear to work or do you swap out of regular boots when you get the the client site/office? Male btw

In my experience, it's been considered taboo (especially by employers) for employees to discuss salary with peers. Does this practice help encourage pay inequality? Thoughts?

Are we inviting these c-suite decision makers to our events? Are they showing up when invited?

Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.
