Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

My post is targeted towards, Indian Government officials as Business owners are very unreasonable on their demands to deliver and least care about the specifics on scope they want out of software Product. Let’s talk work life balance: Why do people find it a point of pride to stay in the office late? My team looks at me weird for leaving by 5:30 everyday, but I get my work done soooo.

Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.
