A quick glimpse, I have almost 3 years of working experience in sales. The first 1.5 in a ed tech firm and the rest in a IT services firm as a lead gen.

My salary is 5.5 lpa now. I would like to ask the seniors in this field to suggest me what are all the possible career transition I can do to earn better. Reason is my family business is shut and I'm the bread winner plz suggest.

I have interest in BA and marketing field (know SQL and power BI not having working exp though) help??

1.What are different band levels in LTI?
2.Is senior specialist level above the manager level in terms of payscale/destination?
3.What does working in salesforce vertical looks like & onshore opp. for US visa holders?
4.Avg hike / variable pay per year?
5.What is the notice period in LTI?
6.Any hidden components included in salary that can be avoided or restructed before joining?
7.What can be avg hike for 9 yrs of Exp in senior specialist track?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

I’ve spoken to a POC who says DEI feels exclusionary in her opinion, because she wants to help everyone. Have you ever worked with a POC who are not interested in the DEI initiatives?

Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.
