Don't worry, things are not bad here than these two PPLs are commenting on everyone's post..
2 days induction plan will be there..Day 1 : All basic details about company and necessary info about transport, culture, wf business etc will be explained..
Day 2 : will be more like filling some forms like pf ..same day , ur manager will connect with you to get u in floor and normal introduction to team. On Day 2 itself, assets like laptop, headset need to take.

I dnt think that you need to worry abt what my grandparents were doing or did .... U dragged them here ...that shows that what kind of values you hold .. I meant it on lighter note as every1 understand the hiccups we get initially to settled down when we join new org .. it was on lighter note(kidding) though ..THANKU for teaching me the lesson of reality nd ETC 🤪..Rest my case here 🙏🙏
Guys, everyone here should understand that we all are sharing our genuine experience and thoughts about the Organization.
Hiring, firing, work pressure, late night calls, good ratings bad ratings and so many facts in the list are everywhere.
If you only want the positive facts about the organization, add a note in your post that you are expecting only positive things about org... Else try to accept the facts and be respectful to everyone here.
No one here has any personal issues or favours with the organization.
Lets appreciate each other's thoughts and experience here, last decision would always be yours whether u wanna go for it or not.
Indeed ..Hope ...ppl get Smthng in their heads and behave in a professional and matured way... I still wonder ...how sm1 has the audacity to drag my grandparents... Without even thinking ..in which situation thy r Or whether they are still in this world or not .....ppl are so insensitive.....for no reason nd then talk abt ethics and values ....!!

Don’t take it personally, I didn’t mean to hurt , these days everyone is being so rude about WF and giving nonsense replies.
I think most of the people in the group has left the organisation and that's why they might be responding like that. Cost cutting, silent layoffs are happening and I agree to that fact. But it's everywhere and WF is no exception for that. Since you have to work with US folks, most of the time you would have to connect and work from 7:30pm/8pm ist and it gets extended till 12/1am which is a fact. However, you have flexibility to leave office at 2/3pm at afternoon or you can visit office at 1/2pm afternoon. Issues with work-life balance and cost cutting is everywhere buddy. So happy joining the org and keep exploring.

Before joining in any org. Everyone will do some research or get some inputs from friends, colleagues etc... before accepting wells offer what are the parameters you considered to accept it.
