After being frustrated from the recruitment systems i want to ask if anybody know agencies which are directly link with Hospitals so I can get a better job. I have done bsc( hons) Biomedical Sciences and applied for receptionist role and got rejected after writing 700 words of supporting statement and its not really making a sense to me.

As an international paying 1000s of pounds for the degree and still got rejected for this roles. Please if anyone can give a good advice.

2 months into a new industry role and hate it. Not the work I thought I would be doing and leadership is a mess. When applying to new roles should I put this current role on my resume?

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.
