The only way to answer this question is through experimentation and introspection.
I'm guessing you went K-JD in school and you don't have much other relevant work experience?
You just need to try different jobs and different areas of law to know the answer.

Law is a path to lots of different things—
Public service, policy, working for a nonprofit, teaching law, etc.
Even if you don’t like it, I would give the associate track a couple of years so you build some professional credibility while you consider your options. I would start by doing pro bono work in your current job for an organization you like, and see if that sparks anything.
I think law is a lot more fun after year 5. More time negotiating, planning strategy, helping clients understand what they are deciding. Less doc churn etc.
