Magic Edtech: 20 LPA, WFH atleast till July
YOE: 4.9 Years
Which one should I join considering stability, WLB, WFH and future prospects?

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

My life went way off the rails in my early 20s but I reigned myself in somehow. Last half of my 20’s I was disciplined as hell, and I was almost all the way back on track… with tiny of hope of even getting ahead some. But covid has royally blown that all to hell, repeatedly. I’m 23 and independent. Working full time and studying full time is taking a serious toll on my mental health. I’m always tired, unmotivated, depressed, sometimes angry at my life, and I don’t know what to do. I’m in my sophomore year. I also don’t work in the field that I’m studying (computer science) because I’m always rejected without an interview, which is another aggravating factor for me. It’s hard to have time to work on personal projects to make my portfolio more attractive.

I recently got an offer from Amazon for sde new grad and I’m thinking if I should join or not as I have heard a lot about toxic work culture. I’m getting a base of 129k + 27k joining bonus and 94k in stocks. It is higher than my current salary but I’m getting a lower title. What should I do? Should I negotiate on salary ? Or on the role? I had applied to a new grad role so O think I can’t negotiate on the role?
