I am a SA with Bus. Serv. I applied for 5 finance pos. in the firm that align with my exp. I haven't received a interview. A recruiter mentioned that pos. are posted even when there is already an internalcandidate in mind. Is it possible that recruiters seek feedback from an applicant's current leadership and be informed not to consider the applicant for the pos? Has anyone experienced this? I dont understand how I could apply for 5 pos. that match my qualifications and not receive an interview.
