I am a Senior Salesforce Project Manager currently being promoted to Program Manager. The offered salary is around CAD 150,000. I am also requesting relocation from Toronto to New York and would like to understand what a comparable salary + relocation allowance in New York would be. I will be managing an account worth over $5 million.

Got offer from Oracle of 25 LPA with 23 as fixed. I am getting confused seeing all the posts regarding 35-40 LPA with other tech stack and with less experience. My query is what can be the next path for an Oracle DBA to reach high paid jobs like this. Need suggestions.

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?
