120k and revenue share. 50% on self generated business. 2-3% fees collected. Complete schedule control. Ability to retain control of some large files through to completion and 1st chair jury trial experience.
I would say that should be the demand going in. Look if you take all your clients from your firm and start a new one, your looking at 250k at least first year. That’s your leverage.
If you aren’t getting high level experience, its not worth it to stay.
We are not hiring at present but in the near future will be and I’ll think of soliciting applications from this app.
110-150k I would think. It depends on your local pay scale though.
I’m a 6th year at a well-known PI firm. In my 3rd year, I was making approximately $108k, plus approximately $40k in bonus. By my 5th year, was making $120k plus $50-60k in bonus. If it’s a “well-known” firm and you guys are raking in good settlements, there is no reason you shouldn’t be clearing $150k at the end of the year. My paralegal earned $125k this year....
