I am about to join virtual for BNY client as a Java Backend Developer for 4+ years of experience.Can anyone share some insights for BNY client?
I worked for EPAM and got a fixed pay of 17LPA at 3.7 years of experience. Due to some reasons, I have to leave EPAM. Virtusa is offering me same 17LPA but including 1.5 lakh variable pay at 4.2 years of experience. Is this package fair.
