Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

Ive been in this exact position and it is so hard. You need a team, you need a review process that includes someone who’s just there to help catch the little stuff before it goes out to stakeholders. It is not realistic to build before you have a consensus on the core idea and strategic direction, and you need partners in marketing that get why that matters.
When I left that job they had to replace me with FOUR new hires, because I was being taken advantage of. If you like the work and want to stay at this company, then start making demands for changing the process before it burns you out. Otherwise, start planning your exit because that kind of environment can become soul crushing if you arent able to make changes.
They are kind, but frustrated.
My question is this:
This all feels avoidable because we don't have proper safeguards. We start late, we rush things, we build before strategy is even nailed down. We need time, and to have a dedicated proofreader.
All that said, since this is the world I live in, it just feels like I'm the one who sucks.
Is it me? Or is it that this lack of process is unsustainable?
Lack of process is always unsustainable. If there's a way to let them know they're rushing things, do that. Describe what an actual process looks like. If you get shut down on not rushing things, consider looking for a job elsewhere.
You’re going to be the scapegoat. If they’re not investing in a project manager or team to support you. I’d prepare to leave.
Otherwise, simplify your ideas and execution to produce quality work.
