I am Business Data Analyst working with Analytics Startup. I have recently automated client's complex task of finding inventory to liquidate using Python saving 1 Month of Manual Work per quarter. I am looking out for Consulting profile in Data Analytics.

I have interviewed with Fractal and went toll round 3 with Principal Consultant. But was rejected as I couldn't match interviewer's thinking.

Any suggestions on how to tackle such situations?

Got offer from Cognizant and Infosys.. Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Is it true ? Share some pro and cons that will be greate .. thnks

I received an offer as Senior QA Engineer in Coforge. The offer mentions a hike of 30℅ from my current salary, no joining bonus and I'm assigned to band 3. There is also a mention of the probation period of 6 months. Can this be considered a good offer?
