I am currently in grade 7a (10 years’ total experience, 4 years in 7a grade) with a PMR of 94%. As we discuss a promotion to 7b, my manager mentioned the PMR would reset to 80%. Given that 7a ranges from ₹10.5L to ₹23L, could anyone clarify the specific range for 7b? I’d like to understand how the bands overlap to ensure the promotion offers meaningful salary growth.

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . If i convey to my ibm manager will they consider for 4months of WFH?Any documents may have to show?

IBM wants to retain me, manager told me told withdrawal the paper. But still didn't get the revised offer/promotion letter? So before withdrawal will not get yhe letter from ibm?
