Does anyone know specifically comp numbers at AbbVie for grade 20-21 in a commercial role? I'm having trouble understanding specifically what comp would be at the level they are considering me for. I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?

I have an interview for an industry gig and im really nervous 😩

Supervisor wants me to take on bigger projects. I'm all for it. Yet, the extra hours I'm putting in already (short staffed) are an issue. Advice?

Any one looked at the budget hours and think they were unreal? I am updating the actual hours compared to budget, feel stupid & inefficient when I see I'm so over budget. Or maybe I should eat hours?

Aside from pwc, are there any other big4 that are offering fully remote positions for external or internal audit? Don’t see any remote positions on the career pages.

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.
