My HR round is pending for Qualys. My last working day is 13th may'22. I have many offers still pipelined. So how is qualys for work life balance...so that I have to join it I will negotiate with HR

6th year - over 2000 hours, great review last year, this year they said will not promote me. They will do a mid year review early next year and if still no good, will discuss “transition” plan. HR said I have until next spring. Sounds like I can stay on payroll for another 7-8 months? Is it real? I have a lot of financial obligations so want to know the worst scenario

-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.

How long does it take to implement a Plaid API product?

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience?
