I am currently working as a Tester and planning to transition to a development role. However, my offer letter and pay slips list my designation as 'Testing.' I'd like to know if this causes any issues when attending interviews for development roles. If I clear the interview and receive an offer, could there be any problems during the background verification process? I would appreciate your suggestions on this.

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?
