Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

CTS too, is having a bad bench policy. Initially you will have 6 months to find a project.
Once assigned and say a project end, you will have some 60-65 days max to find a project.
30 days you get unbilled booking from project where you don't have ageing.
After that, ageing start start and that's 35 days which includes counting saturdays and sundays as well.
You might get an extension but depends on BU. I worked at CTS, in my BU there wasn't much layoff we had projects more or less but at times, competition was intense. You need to be amazing to nail client round.
Thanks for the suggestion Sir

It will be good to leave wipro even with a 35% pay cut.
which company has more job security and work lige balance.
I am hearing CTS has very bad bench policy.
Obviously CTS for wlb, good hike and more advance projects
Cts has strict 30 days bench policy. Wlb depends on project. Resign and look for bettrr offer if you are worried about job security
Both companies have strict bench policies, so I would say equal on that front.
