I am currently working in an org ever since I was out of college.Its been around 4 years now.I had internally switched a year ago.I am not liking the new team and I want some good hike in my salary.I gave interviews to 2 companies around 15 days back.
One company scheduled an interview in 1-2 days after 1st round and no updates post that.
Other company did not update anything.
I had got them scheduled after reaching out to people personally.
I am feeling lost on why switching is so hard.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
