I am Devops Engineer with 3.3 YOE. Cleared all technical rounds in Tiger Analytics and waiting for HR round form last three weeks, got an email saying that I had made through technical rounds and asked my documents for pre-offer details collection. After that haven't heard back from them.
HR round yet to be scheduled. When checked with HR, he said that they were waiting for Directors Approval. Understood it is Holiday season onsite.

But, Will I get a chance for HR Discussion?

What questions should you ask during a phone screening with a recruiter?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
