I am having 2.5 yrs of experience and recently I got an offer from Apple for SDE 1 , but I have a doubt I started my career with 1 yr paid internship from one of the big 4 and I could not get ppo so after completed the internship I joined a non technical job and after 15 days I got an offer for java developer and they want immediate Joining so then I have absconded from that company and now after 1.5 yrs I got a job from Apple so is there any bgv issue in Apple or not my pf was created . ?.help

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.

It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.
