Take a look at the general agents of MassMutual. I know my tag says New York Life but I am with a GA called Charter Oak Financial and my life has never been so good. I can get you a call if you wish. Pm me or email at iseidner@charteroakfinancial.com.

My team just became a part of Cetera’s new hybrid channel - independent platform but support level of a captive shop. Net revenue is awesome - reasonable affiliation, and no desk fees. The firm covers office expenses and supplies so even though gross payout is less, we are netting the same as friends at LPL. I brought a team with me and we are very happy. If there is a Cetera Investors shop in your city you should check it out.

You should talk to third seven advisors... there offering is completely different to what is on the market. Call Matt on 917 403 6284. They are growing rapidly and looking for entrepreneurial advisors to join them. Oh and with them you can be RIA OR HYBRID!! So a wealth of options

Depends on what you need for services, your book, revenue and payout. From there you can determine whether a large, medium or small B/D is the right fit for you. I think at the end of the day it come down to how much money ends up in your pocket and how easy the back office allows for business to be done.

You have to talk with United Planners. They allow you to custody your IA AUM with Schwab/TDA/TCA, etc without having to be your own RIA. If you want to, you can take on that stress, but easier to plug and play and get best cost and execution for your clients. Call 800-966-8737. A great firm and their Partner Development Team will walk you through your options quickly to see if it’s a good fit for all parties. If not, they can help you find a firm that fits your needs... as they’re just good people!

When you say independent hybrid, do you mean you’d have your own RIA, or you are looking to be an IAR underneath a b/D’s ria?

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
