I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

Sounds reasonable. The opportunity, if acceptable in all other respects, would likely result in greater long-term earnings plus more stable and fulfilling work.

IMO, it's always worth going through the interview process and waiting until the last opportunity to make a decision.
Interviewing in many ways is a skill, so the more practice you get the better.
Worst case scenario, you decide you don't want to take the compromise for the role and in the end you throw out your desired number. They likely won't go for it, but it never hurts. You can sell this however you want like: "based on the conversations we've had up to this point, now that I have a better understanding of the role, I would really like a salary closer to $XXX-$YYY range. Is this something your open to discuss?"

Agree with this. Always good to take interview opportunities if for no other reason than to improve your interviewing skills. You need to flex that muscle periodically to stay good at it. I would and have taken a pay cut for a job if it seemed like the right move at the time. Money isn't everything and if you're not happy where you are now it may be worth it.
That being said, don't tell the recruiter their range it lower than your expectation, you're just giving them a reason to pass on you, and in this job market you can't give them any reasons. Wait until the interviews are over and if they make an offer then you can begin the negotiations.
If their salary range is under the salary range for the local area I would say exactly that. Let them worry about getting you something in that range. If they say the salary range is firm, then tell them that you’re still willing to interview. That puts you in fair competition. Otherwise, you'll look like you need them more than they need you.

Keep interviewing if they’ll let you, and really be confident in the company if you take the position.
Deloitte is known for good WLB especially on the technology side. Take it for the peace of mind.
I believe they are posting from Deloitte! I say entertain it. However, shouldn’t a role catapult you into AI pay more than less? Especially, since that skill is needed. Don’t accept low ball offers. Every job is a headache even the WLB ones. Make sure it’s worth it.
