I am in my final year of bachelor’s in business administration. I am thinking of getting either another bachelor’s in finance or master’s degree. Any recommendations? Also I am a personal banker.

Masters will give you an advantage over other applicants on your resume. No employer will care if you have a 2nd bachelor's degree. IMO

So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?
