Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.
