I have been attending interview with Bloomreach for a month, it consisted of 4 rounds including culture round. In culture round, I was told that I will get feedback next day, but when I reached out to HR, they said hiring manager is on a sick leave, will ger results on end of the week. I have accepted an offer from ABC company and currently serving my notice with current Organization. Now I'm getting calls from consultancy for other roles and higher CTC with same ABC company where I have the offer already.

During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.
