I have got a mail that I have cleared all the rounds and made it to the final round in Accenture … does that mean only HR around is left ??
Also they called me to upload all the Documents and consent form , letter of authorisation etc for the Background verification. How much time do they take from here to finish the verification and schedule the HR round ? Thanks

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

I'm having 3.1 years of experience in Software Development. Due to covid and health issues I'm unemployed now. I'm immediate joiner now. My CTC was 4.50 LPA and I got new offer of 10 LPA.

Should I join with new organisation with 10 LPA or use that offer as a counter offer and wait for another organisation who will ready to offer me 12 LPA.

For example if you're MERN stack do you know database, node everything in depth? Or just jack of all traits?
I often have to read documentation to refresh my knowledge then i can develop anything, but if you ask me something right away I can't answer :(
