I am now expected to return to the office 5 days a week, whereas earlier I was going in 4 days a week. The instability of jobs is taking a toll on my mental health. Work-from-office mandates seem to be just the beginning.

I am an incoming senior currently interning with Abbott. My goal is to have at least two full time offers. I have another interview coming up this week at a different company. I suspect that pay will be similar (Glassdoor and industry knowledge). If I don’t have an offer from the other company, what is the best way to postpone accepting from Abbott until I have salary leverage?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

How should I approach an ominous zoom appointment with supervisinpartner and managing partner? I’m a 3rd year associate. This is a new job, my first day was the first day the whole firm worked from home.
