I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

There's a number of factors that would need to be understood first, but an OTE of around $175-200 is what I'd expect in a role like this, given that it's a senior role. Depending on the market, your experience, and the company pace towards IPO, it could be a little lower or a lot higher. I'd expect some company stock as well. Are you moving up in the company or moving to a new one? Is the pre-sales team in place or are you building it. Going to a new company, especially now, is a risk and they should compensate you accordingly. Similarly, building a team is a lot of work and the comp plan should reflect that. Good luck!
