Now what my manager has done: he accidentally put the day when I resigned as my LWD ..now i dont have any access to ibm mail or portal. moreover he asked me to pay to the company in order to get early release. I dont want early release nor I want to pay .

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
