Wanted to understand generally — if someone has already accepted an offer, and another parallel process concludes later, is SAP usually open to revisiting compensation if approached transparently?

I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now. The hours are wild, my managers expect perfection, and I feel like it’s all meaningless. Does anyone else feel like this, how have you dealt with it, and is it like this once you go into industry?
