I am posting this to prevent other financial advisors from making a huge mistake of leaving their current BD/RIA and moving to "Stirlingshire Investments". DO NOT consider this BD as a choice. I will only tell you that it is a classic bait and switch campaign to prospective advisors to move over. They advertise 100% payout with no min. AUM and less fees, but then change the terms, with nothing in writing. The CEO is unprofessional, gives threats if you don't bring new advisors, or investors in.

Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.
