How necessary is an extracurricular for MBA apps? I work a ton of hours and don’t have a lot of time or interest in any activity that I could reasonably put on an app. I spend the little free time I have on activities I enjoy (spending time with SO and friends, working out, Netflix, etc). I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.
